<Ingredients(for four)>
300g oyster
400g white radish
1 spring onion
simmering liquid
2 cups dashi
2 tablespoons sake
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1)Wash the oyster with salt water and pat dry. Grate
the white radish
and eliminate excess liquid.
2)Prepare the simmering liquid in a pan and let it heat.
When it comes to
a boil add the washed oysters. Add the grated white
radish and the thinly
sliced spring onion when the oysters are done.
3)Serve along with the simmering liquid.
